1．小根蒜 鱗莖含薤白甙（macrostemonoside）A、D、E、F，異菝葜皂甙元-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基（1→2）-β-D-吡喃乳糖甙（smilagenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside），胡蘿卜甙（daucoaterol），腺甙（adenoaine），β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol），21-甲基二十三（烷）酸（21-methyl tricosanoic acid），琥珀酸（succinic acid），前列腺素（prostaglandin）A1及B1。又含具特異臭氣的揮發(fā)油，內(nèi)有19種含硫化合物，主要有二甲基三硫化物（dimethyl trisulfide），甲基丙基三硫化物（methylpropyl trisulfide），甲基丙基二硫化物（methylpropyl disulfide），丙基異丙基二硫化物（propylisopropyl disulfide），甲基烯丙基三硫化物（methylallyl trisulfide）以及二甲基二硫化物（dimethyl disulfide），烯丙基異丙基硫醚{3-〔(1-methyl ethyl)thio〕-

1-prpene}，2，4-二甲基噻吩（2，4-dimethyl thiophene），甲基烯丙基二硫化物（methylallyl disulfide），1，3-二噻烷（1，3-dithiane），2，2-雙（甲硫基）丙烷（2，2-bis(methylthio)propane），正丙基烯丙基二硫化物（n-propylallyl disulfide），異丙基烯丙基二硫化物（isopropylallyl disulfide），正丙基甲基三硫化物（n-propylmethyl trisrlfide），4-甲基-1，2，3-三噻烷（4-methyl-1，2，3-trithiane），二甲基四硫化物（dimethyl tetrasulfide），二丙基三硫化物（dipropyl trisulfide），3，5-二甲基-1，2，4-三噻烷（3，5-dimethyl-1，2，4-trithiane），5-甲基-1，2，3，4-四噻烷（5-methyl-1，2，3，4-tetrathiane）；還有2個酸：棕櫚酸（palmitic acid），十八碳-9，12-二烯酸（octadeca-9，12-dienoic acie）。

2．藠頭 鱗莖含N-（對-反式-香豆?；├野贰睳-（p-transcoumaroyl）tyramine〕，N-（對-順式-香豆?；├野贰睳-（p-ciscoumaroyl）tyramine〕，二烯丙基二硫化物（diallyl disulfide），半月苔酸（lumularic acid），對-香豆酸（p-coumaric acid），對-羥基苯甲酸（p-hydroxybenzoic acid）以及硬脂酸（stearic acid），棕櫚酸，油酸（oleic acid），亞油酸（linoleic acid），肉豆蔻酸（myristic acid），十二（烷）酸（pentadecanlic acid），十六碳烯酸（hexadecenoic acid） ，十七（烷）酸（heptadecanoic acid），二七碳烯酸（heptadecenoic acid）。又含N-反式-阿魏?；野罚∟-trans-feruloyl tyramine），蕎頭甙（chimenoside）1，以及鋅、銅、鐵等微量元素。

3．長梗薤白 鱗莖含揮發(fā)油，內(nèi)有二甲基三硫化物，甲基（1-丙烯基）二硫化物〔methyl(1-propenyl)-disulfide〕，甲基烯丙基二硫化物（dipropyl disulfide），2，4-二甲基噻吩以及2-甲基-2-戊烯醛（2-methyl-2-pentenal），3，3-二甲基戊烷（3，3-dimethylpentane），甲基環(huán)已烷（methylcyclohexane），1，2-二甲硫基乙烯（1，2-dimethylthioethylene），3-甲基乙烷（3-methylhexane）或正庚烷（n-heptane）等。
