考研復(fù)試中英文自我介紹都需要準(zhǔn)備。

1、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介：

①姓名。介紹自己姓名時(shí)，發(fā)音一定要準(zhǔn)(南方考生要多加注意)。

②年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過(guò)(I am XXX,25 years old)。

③原來(lái)的院校、專(zhuān)業(yè)。注意：一定要把原來(lái)學(xué)校的英文名稱(chēng)、專(zhuān)業(yè)的英文名稱(chēng)弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生)。

所屬的公司、職位。注意：在職考生則應(yīng)將自己公司、自己職位/職稱(chēng)的英文名稱(chēng)弄明白。

④性格、能力?？梢灾貜?qiáng)調(diào)你的個(gè)性對(duì)你報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)有何積極的作用。如果報(bào)考的是學(xué)術(shù)性的專(zhuān)業(yè)，可以說(shuō)自己細(xì)心(carefully，detail-oriented)、條理分明(logical)、踏實(shí)(steady)等;如果是研究性、應(yīng)用性更強(qiáng)一點(diǎn)的專(zhuān)業(yè)，可以說(shuō)自己負(fù)責(zé)(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。

為大家整理了其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容詞：active,aggressive(有進(jìn)取心的)，adaptable,amicable(友好的)，analytical(善于分析的)，cooperative,creative,disciplined,dutiful,energetic,faithful,gentle,independent(有主見(jiàn)的)，innovative,motivated,modest,objective,precise,punctual,precise(一絲不茍的)，temperate等等。

在職考生或有過(guò)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的考生還可以強(qiáng)調(diào)一下你的工作成績(jī)，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company,I have helped to negotiate a$200,000 deal for the corporation。

⑤愛(ài)好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.除了強(qiáng)調(diào)你的學(xué)習(xí)的重視，同時(shí)也要避免給考官一種書(shū)呆子的感覺(jué)。一般可以從體育、音樂(lè)、電影等方面來(lái)說(shuō)，同時(shí)要簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)明這些愛(ài)好對(duì)你的積極意義(build my body,relax myself,open my mind);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的愛(ài)好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。

⑥你對(duì)報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)有興趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with)，可適當(dāng)舉出一些例子，如經(jīng)常看相關(guān)的書(shū)籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)教育對(duì)工作的影響：In my work,I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication.That s why I long for entering your prestigious university。

3)結(jié)束時(shí)可以用說(shuō)：That s all about me./Well,that s who I am.Thanks for your attention。

2.家庭、家鄉(xiāng)、學(xué)校篇?？脊倨鋵?shí)是要通過(guò)你的家庭、家鄉(xiāng)或?qū)W校來(lái)了解你的成長(zhǎng)的環(huán)境。

1)家庭。理想途范老師提醒同學(xué)們需要注意的是，考官并不是為了做人口調(diào)查而提出這個(gè)問(wèn)題的，所以應(yīng)該避免流水賬似地介紹家庭成員;要盡量說(shuō)明家人(尤其是父母)對(duì)你造成哪些方面(性格、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、做事風(fēng)格等)良好的影響?？梢詤⒖家韵戮涫浇Y(jié)構(gòu)：Just like my father,I am especially interested in history./Though my father is an ordinary worker,his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me。

2)家鄉(xiāng)。正所謂一方水土養(yǎng)育一方人，考官實(shí)際上是想從你對(duì)家鄉(xiāng)的介紹中找出有關(guān)你性格、志向的線索?？梢詮臍v史、歷史人物、著名景點(diǎn)、獨(dú)特風(fēng)俗或特產(chǎn)等方面來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單介紹，注意要表達(dá)熱愛(ài)家鄉(xiāng)的情感。

3)學(xué)校。如果是本?？忌脑?，在自我介紹中就可以點(diǎn)到(拉近跟考官的關(guān)系)。如果是外校，考官通常會(huì)問(wèn)：Why did you choose our university?那么我們就可以說(shuō)說(shuō)它與報(bào)考院校之間的異同，然后說(shuō)明為什么你選擇這個(gè)學(xué)校(I do love the atmosphere in your university.It is full of youthful spirits。);要注意的是：一定要說(shuō)明你對(duì)在原來(lái)的院校接受教育心存感激之情appreciation(從好的方面說(shuō)一說(shuō))，著重強(qiáng)調(diào)希望能被錄取，表達(dá)自己堅(jiān)定的決心、展望一下未來(lái)。

在自我介紹完了老師就會(huì)開(kāi)始問(wèn)你問(wèn)題這里列出一些常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題，可以認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備。注意在準(zhǔn)備的過(guò)程中，要結(jié)合自己的經(jīng)歷和見(jiàn)解來(lái)準(zhǔn)備答案，讓自己回答的問(wèn)題和整個(gè)的自我介紹融為一個(gè)整體。要不然很容易被考官抓住把柄，問(wèn)個(gè)沒(méi)完，很容易因緊張而露出馬腳。

1、What can you tell me about yourself?(關(guān)于你自己，你能告訴我些什么?)

This is not an invitation to give your life history.The interviewer is looking for clues about your character,qualifications,ambitions,and motivations.

這一問(wèn)題如果面試沒(méi)有安排自我介紹的時(shí)間的話。這是一個(gè)必問(wèn)的問(wèn)題?？脊俨⒉幌Ｍ愦笳勀愕膫€(gè)人歷史。是在尋找有關(guān)你性格、資歷、志向和生活動(dòng)力的線索。來(lái)判斷你是否適合讀MBA。

The following is a good example of a positive response.In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in.As a college student,I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily.The sale was important,but for me,it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied.It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them.I'm very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best.

Know what you can realistically accomplish.You can find out by talking to others MBA about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company after graduation.

I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager,I am planning on that also.

你要清楚你實(shí)際上能勝任什么。你可以事先和其他的MBA交流一番。問(wèn)問(wèn)他們?cè)诋厴I(yè)后在公司的頭5年都做了些什么。

3.What is your greatest strength?(你最突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么?)

這是很多面試考官喜歡問(wèn)的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。

This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn.Do not brag or get too egotistical,but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.

I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done.I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned.I've set some high goals for myself.For example,I want to graduate with highest distinction.And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year,I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis.

You cannot avoid this question by saying that you do not have any,everyone has weaknesses.

The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it.If possible,cite a weakness that will work to the company's advantage.I'm such a perfectionist that I won't stop until a job is well done.

你不應(yīng)該說(shuō)你沒(méi)有任何弱點(diǎn)，以此來(lái)回避這個(gè)問(wèn)題;每個(gè)人都有弱點(diǎn)。最佳策略是承認(rèn)你的弱點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點(diǎn)的計(jì)劃。

可能的話，你可說(shuō)出一項(xiàng)可能會(huì)給公司帶來(lái)好處的弱點(diǎn)，如可說(shuō)：我是一個(gè)完美主義者。工作做得不漂亮，我是不會(huì)撒手的。

Never apologize for what you have done.

I think I did well in school.In fact,in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class.As an intern for the X Company,I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years.
